PUK and Iraqi PM Abadi agree to keep Kirkuk’s oil flow to Turkey
The patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK), whose forces seized a key oil installation in Kirkuk last Thursday and threatening to stop exports to the international market has agreed with the Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi to end the dispute and keep the oil flowing, the party’s deputy chief Kosrat Rasul said.
