Tillerson visits with Iraq’s oil minister in Washington
U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson met with Iraqi Oil Minister Jabbar al-Luaibi at the State Department on Friday. The U.S. and Iraqi governments formulated new vetting procedures since the original January 27 order, which satisfied concerns within the Trump administration.
