Karbala Hotels (HKAR) requested ISC a 30 days extension period to finish the capital increase procedures. HKAR capital increase subscription request through 50% rights issue is still being reviewed by the Companies’ Registrar, considering that it has been 80 days since the capital increase decision on Nov. 14, 2017.
