Al-Alaq discusses with the representatives of the German Development Bank the procedures for launching the first phase of the German loan
The Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers Dr. Mehdi Alalak discussed with representatives of the German Development Bank the procedures for the launch of the first phase of the German loan and the amount of €45 mn ($55 mn) allocated to the Ministry of Electricity for the financing of electrical stations in Mosul, within the projects to restore stability.
