Shares of Iraqi provinces in coming parliament
According to Iraqi constitution, the coming Iraqi parliament will have 329 seats, where 25% will be allocated to females. The provinces and corresponding seats of Members of Parliaments (MPs) will be as follows: Baghdad (71 seats), Nineveh (34), Basra (25), Dhi Qar (19), Suleymani (18), Babel (17), Anbar (15), Erbil (15), Diyala (14), Najaf (12), Salah Ed Din (12), Dohuk (12), Wassit (12), Al-Qadisiyah (11), Karbala (11), Missan (10) and Muthanna (7).
