Iraq, Iran resume river transport, statement
Iraqi Transport Ministry announced on Saturday the resumption of the river line with Iran. In a statement, the new line will connect southern Basra city with Iranian Khurumshahr city after a stoppage that lasted for three years. It added that the Iraqi boat for the Iranian city carried 46 passengers today.
