Talks between Baghdad and Erbil are progressing: Iraqi Prime Minister
Iraqi Prime Minister Adil Abdul Mahdi said on Tuesday that talks between the Kurdistan Region and the Iraqi federal government have been positive and that progress was being made towards resolving the issue of exporting oil from Kirkuk. Adil Abdul Mahdi also said that the remaining posts in the cabinet would be filled shortly.
