40 oil refineries closed in Erbil
Erbil local authorities announced closing 40 oil refineries in the province. The authorities said that 23 refineries were closed by the government and 17 were closed by their owners. The authorities pointed that there are plans to grant 20 licenses for new refineries all over the province.
