The President Receives the Turkish Minister of Trade
President Barham Saleh received the Turkish Minister of Trade Ruhsar Pekcan and her accompanying delegation in Baghdad on Thursday. The President asserted the necessity of the economic integration and the development of infrastructure linkages as a way to achieve peace, security and prosperity among the countries of the region. Barham Saleh also stressed the importance of enhancing and expanding the level of trade exchange between Iraq and Turkey, as well as the Turkish companies’ contribution to the reconstruction of Iraq.
