A cross transaction occurred on 4.5 bn shares of Al Taif Islamic Bank for Investment & Finance (BTIB) on Jul. 24, 2019, which represents 4.5% of BTIB’s capital. The buyer was Shat Al-Arab Company for insurance and the sellers were Murtadha Hamood Salman, Faez Aboud Abdulrasoul, Adel Hassan Ali, Hussein Issam Abdulameer, Mohammed Kadhim Ghazi, Bashar Abbas Ibrahim Alhmery, Shaker Hussein Ibrahim Alhmery, Thamer Abdulhamza Abdulrazaq Algharib and Ali Abd Ali Abbas.
