Prime Minister Adil Abdul-Mahdi meets the President of the Kurdistan Region and the Prime Minister of the region
Prime Minister Adil Abdul-Mahdi met, on Saturday, with the President of the Kurdistan Region, Nechirvan Barzani. The Prime Minister reviewed the government's steadfast policy in establishing the best relations with all, as well as the Iraqi government's position on the conflict taking place in the region and its risks to security and stability. The Prime Minister also met with the Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Regional Government, Masroor Barzani. During the meeting, they discussed the relationship between the federal government and the region’s government in the security aspects and confronting the remnants of ISIS, in addition to discussing the solution of economic and financial issues
