Suhail discusses enhancing parliamentary and economic relations with the Philippines
First Deputy Parliament Speaker Qusai al-Suhail discussed with the Philippines Senate Speaker Juan Ponce Enrile means of enhancing parliamentary and economic relations between the two countries.
