The Finance Minster Houshyar Zebari with the World Bank representative in Iraq Robert Bou Jaoude the procedures concerning the loan to Iraq from the World Bank. The loan includes reconstruction of infrastructure of the areas liberated from IS terrorists and providing aid in the essential sectors to establish stability and ensure the return of refugees.
