Germany to double military assistance to Peshmerga, Defense Minister says
German Defense Minister Ursula von der Leyen said on Wednesday (October 26) Germany is willing to increase military assistance for Kurdish forces as part of the U.S.-led Coalition efforts in the fight against the Islamic State (ISIS).
