Kurdish president: We have deal with US and Baghdad to keep reclaimed lands
Kurdistan Region President Masoud Barzani said on Wednesday that Kurdish forces would not withdraw from lands they reclaimed from ISIS before the start of the Mosul operation last month, explaining that this was agreed with the United States and Iraqi government.
