Biden pledges continued U.S. support to Iraq
U.S. Vice President Joe Biden pledged the country’s continued support to Iraq as the battle against ISIS militants continues in and around Mosul. The White House released a statement on Monday saying that Biden spoke with Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi to discuss the campaign to defeat ISIS and the ongoing Mosul offensive.
