PUK Deputy meets U.N. envoy, hopes Barzani speech resolves issues
The Second Deputy of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) met with Special Representative of the U.N. Secretary-General for Iraq, Jan Kubis, in renewed hopes that remarks made by Masoud Barzani urging Kurdish political parties to return to the negotiation table would become a step in resolving issues in the region.
