Turkish PM pledges to pull out troops in Iraq, says Abadi's office
Turkish Prime Minister Binali Yildirim pledged to withdraw Turkish troops deployed to northern Iraq as soon as Mosul was liberated, the office of Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi said on Saturday. Yildirim spoke in support of Iraqi sovereignty and territorial integrity during a telephone conversation with his Iraqi counterpart on Saturday and promised to pull out Turkish troops from the Bashiqa camp after the Mosul operation is finished.
